Yes, you must be able to swim at least 25m unaided in order to use the Aqua Park.
It is likely that you will go under the water and you should be confident in the water.
You will need to be able to pull yourself up and out of the water, which can be tiring
Yes, you need to be a minimum height of 1.1m to be allowed on the Aqua Park.
Yes, children must be 6 or older and must be with a adult or guardian.
Children under 10 must have an adult or guardian on the Aqua Park with them.
We recommend for children under 16 to have a parent or guardian on site at all times.
The sessions will run every hour. You must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. The safety briefing will happen 10 minutes before the session begins.
Yes, wetsuits and life jackets are included. You do not have to wear the wetsuit if you don't want to, but the life jacket is compulsory.
No, we do not allow any glass objects in the Aqua Park. If you need glasses to see then you will need to bring goggles with lenses in.
All valuable items must be removed before taking part on the Aqua Park. We are not responsible for any lost valuables.
Yes, we have a car park on site.
The aqua park is run on a pay as you go basis. There are no memberships available for this activity
Yes, we offer carers a 15% discount. If you wish to book a ticket for a carer please contact us via email.
Outside food and drink is not permitted to be brought on site.
